The new site is a great resource, created for REALTORS®, strata owners, strata managers and strata owners. It may also be a resource for your clients who are selling and buying in a strata.

There is a dedicated section on buying and selling strata properties, which includes information on what paperwork a strata corporation is obligated to provide a buyer and seller.
