"Every Picture Tells a Story" 2019 Calendar
My calendar photographs are on trips taken to places that I feel some connection to or are of special interest for one reason or another. We started our UK visit with a few days of R & R at Rose Cottage in Upper Oddington and they walked the Cotswold Way from Chipping Campden to Bath. It's a 102 mile walk which can take as many days as you like. We chose 8 days but unfortunately the British weather was not as kind to us as it has been in the past. The first 4 days were the longest and the hilliest and quite wet. My memory and photos in this calendar are focused on the last 4 sunny days. Still a great time with lots of exercise and good food.
The photos I have chosen are based on colour and composure, but there is always an interesting story or history to the photo or the subject. I have enjoyed sharing my photos for the last 10 years and this is my way of sharing more of the experience. The story for each month will be posted by the first of that month!
