"Every Picture Tells a Story"     2016 Calendar

My calendar photographs are on trips taken to places that I feel some connection to, or special interest in.  2016 saw us visit England for a little more than two weeks.  A couple days in London, a week on a farm cottage near Ilam in  the Peak District, a week in Hebden Bridge on the western edge of the Pennines followed by a couple of nights at the Cherry Tree Inn in Stoke Row which is a easy drive to Heathrow and so much better that the Airport hotels.

The photos I have chosen are based on colour and composure, but there is always an interesting story or history to the photo or the subject. I have enjoyed sharing my photos for the last 10 years and this is my way of  sharing more of the experience.  The story for each month will be posted by the first of that month!
